We now own a 18 acre farm! It has a house with several outbuilding, including a barn and a chicken coop!!! YAY!! We closed this morning and we spend the day painting and cleaning up the place. There is a lot of cleaning up that needs to be done, but like James said, that's the fun part.. I am not too sure about that..LOL
